Welcome to my Myth hardware hacking page. Maybe this page will give you some ideas on things to try. So lets get started.

2. Gutting and upgrades

In all the machines the hard drives must go. In the backend a 120GB hard drive was installed. On the front ends the cdrom drive is upgraded to a dvd drive. The back end was upgraded to 512M of RAM. The front ends have 256M of RAM.

3. Giving the hardware a new look

Since the back end is going in the office the looks aren't as important. On the other hand the front ends need to look like an entertainment device. The final color will be a flat black.
